Dr. Chandra Prasad Pokharel

Mr. Chandra Prasad Pokhrel, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Central Department of Botany, Tribhuvan University, as well as Associate Academician in Nepal Academy of Science and Technology, Lalitpur. He has completed Master’s Degree of Science in Botany as well as Masters of Arts in Antropology and Ph.D in Agricultural Science. He worked over 25 years on different fields and worked for National and International Universities. He has an experience on Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations too. He has expertise in Agro-ecology, Biodiversity, Food security, Small Farms Management, Soil Biology and Greenhouse Gas Emission, Climate Change and Climate Justice. Also he has published over 60 peer reviewed scientific papers and completed over a dozen of research projects.
