2. Decreasing GDP by growing informal economy
3. IE (informal economy) encourage to participated on illegal work or anti-social elements.
4. IE excluded from entertain their basic right (Political. Social and economic) privilege which guarantee by the constitution.

Political: Population under the IE are far from political basic right. Govt do not wanted to keep them inform their right which guarantee by law. So, growing informal economy are the idea population to operate corrupt politic. Growing IE created poverty with under pressure of social and financial need. Those majority of population excluded political spectrum will lead bad governance. However, we will be able to address IE at community level (not just making policy) in real scene, that help to change livelihood and sometime for policy intervention.

Social: Constitution prevents our right to practicing democratization value for community development through socialization. But this seemed to be only policy level. None of the individual who line in IE are not able to feel this value. Once, people live in IE will not practice their social value in the real scene, there will be no social democracy in the community and without social democracy value, there will be not development phase started from bottom whatever the nation policy.

Economical: Off course, this is major factor to impact on IE. Growing IE is a social evil to create multiples challenges. This is a prime sources or factory of producing child labor, gender discrimination, sexual harassment, domestic violence, illegal trade, crime,  illiteracy, social exclusion and so on…. However, Rural community have small land to keep busy on agriculture production, but lack of community empowers instruments with their basic need and security. Those community transfer into individualized personal need which didn’t meet family basic need for survive by leave behind the agriculture land unproductive (Our data indicated the agriculture base country).

2. Literate and empower community members with their right, duties, obligation, and consequences.
3. Empower to responsible for organizing themselves for advocacy their right.
4. Identify their basic need of skill development and facilitate to connect them with respective organization.
5. With the research fact, organize advocacy campaign through seminar among the policy intervention groups. Support and empower the mass base organization to participate on campaign.
6. To end the secondhand communication (in other word end the middleman intervention) and establish firsthand communication directly connect with consumer and their activities.
7. To make effective policy implication to the targeted group, directly work with local government on the area of identify.
8. Publication directly addresses to the targeted groups.
9. Conduct campaign on need base fund-raising activities.
