Sunaina Sharma

Sunaina Sharma, an  enthusiastic learner and independent consultant (monitoring and evaluation, project design and implementation, research and study, facilitator) working extensively in various sectors GoN, I/NGOs, UN agencies and Private sectors in Nepal. She has more than 10 years of working experience in diverse sectors such as Women Empowerment and Poverty, Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI), Human/Women Rights and Girls Trafficking, Disaster, Refugees, Education and Community Development Program. She began her career as a community development volunteer from the remote part of Nepal in 2005 and professionally kicked off from the year 2010 as a research officer from a development consulting firm in Nepal.

She had worked in I/NGOs in the responsibility of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for some years. However, at the point of time she registered a development consulting firm and now leading as a Managing Director, Elucid Consultants Pvt. Ltd. for 8 years. She has acquired dual Master Degree (Sociology and Social Work) from Tribhuvan University and Purbanchal University in Nepal. Furthermore, currently she is a president of Hope for Change (H4C) Nepal, a NGO and an advisory member of Center for Informal Economy, a NGO in Nepal
